Global Citizens
As a language student at NWU, you will learn to identify and address global issues of interest to you, and take action in culturally-appropriate ways.
One way is through NWU’s 学生-Faculty Collaborative 研究 Fund. With this competitive grant, students have conducted international projects with faculty collaborators, researching food insecurity in 玻利维亚, transitional justice in 智利, health care in 古巴, conflict resolution in 西班牙, language policy in Switzerland, and literary translation in 哥斯达黎加. Our students are changing the world.
